We ship within Guyana (Georgetown and nationwide) and to selected regional destinations. Local pickup from our Georgetown location is also available.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Most orders are prepared for shipping within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Standard delivery within Guyana typically takes 1 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and international deliveries take longer and vary by destination and courier.

Orders with incomplete payment information or out-of-stock items may be delayed by up to 5 additional business days. We will contact you if this happens.
Our facility is closed and orders are not processed on the following Guyana public holidays. Orders received on these days are processed on the next business day.
You may return eligible items within thirty (30) days of delivery for a credit or refund of the purchase price. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to our error. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an invoice or receipt. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned items.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges are available within 30 days for unopened products of equal value.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge within 30 days of the original purchase and cover the reasonable shipping cost of the replacement, once the defect is verified.
