We ship within Guyana and to selected regional destinations, with delivery times that vary by location. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Custom orders, opened liquids, and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
