Lexann McPhoy is the founder of Lexann's Nail Creations and one of the Caribbean's few NSI Silver Level Global Educators, with more than 20 years of professional nail experience.
From her appointment-only studio at 64 Hadfield Street, Stabroek, Lexann leads four connected ventures: the eco-luxury nail salon, the LNC Professional Academy for nail-technician training, LNC Professional product distribution (bringing NSI quality to Guyana), and Women's Haven® organic feminine care.
She founded and hosts Guyana's annual Green Nail Salon Conference and the LNC Professional Caricom Masterclass, and authored From Beginner to Pro 7x Faster, a Caribbean-born playbook for student nail technicians. Every article in the Lexann's Journal is written from this two-decade foundation of hands-on craft and international-standard education.
