Privacy Policy
Your trust matters. Here's how we handle your information.
Last updated: 2026-06-30
Lexann's Nail Creations ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book a service or place an order, we may collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address, the services or products you request, and relevant notes such as nail preferences or sensitivities.
How we use it
Client information is used solely to deliver your service, manage bookings and orders, send appointment reminders and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your data.
Confidentiality
Client records are confidential. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers listed below, who process it on our instructions so that we can run our booking, ordering and messaging systems, with a partner needed to fulfil your order such as a delivery service, or where required by law.
Social media messaging
When you contact us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or WhatsApp, we receive your name, your public profile information and the content of the messages you send us. We use this only to reply to you and to handle the product, wholesale and distributor requests you start. We do not send unsolicited messages. Replies are prepared by an automated support assistant and our team takes over whenever a conversation needs a person, so access is limited to our team and that assistant for the purpose of replying to you. Your use of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp is also governed by the privacy policies of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Service providers we use
We use a small number of providers to operate our systems. They act on our instructions, may only use the information to provide their service to us, and may not use it for their own purposes.
- EICCIO Advisors (Guyana) - operates and maintains our messaging, booking and support systems.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) - hosts the servers our systems run on.
- Anthropic PBC, OpenAI and OpenRouter (United States) - provide the artificial intelligence models that prepare reply drafts. The text of your message is sent to these providers for that purpose.
- Airtable (United States) - holds our record of enquiries and conversations, so that we can follow up on what you asked for.
- Apify (Czech Republic) - checks publicly available business information when a company applies to us as a wholesale or distributor partner.
This list is kept current. If we add or change a provider, we update it here.
Deleting your data
You may ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time, and you do not need to give a reason. Email [email protected] with the words "delete my data", or send us the same request on WhatsApp from the number you contacted us on.
We will confirm your request, then remove your details from our support inbox, our record of enquiries and conversations, and any working copies held by the systems above. We aim to complete this within 30 days and will tell you when it is done. We may keep the minimum needed to meet a legal or accounting obligation, for example a record of a completed sale, and if that applies we will tell you what was kept and why. Deleting your data with us does not delete the message history held in your own Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account, which is controlled by Meta.
Marketing
If you sign up for our newsletter or specials, you can opt out at any time by telling us via WhatsApp or email.
